Pitching up just in time for the summer holidays, Disney’s live action The Lion King swallows up most available multiplex screens this week (in 2D and 3D, obviously).
This year’s eagerly anticipated Cinema Rediscovered kicks off on Thursday with the 4K restoration of Hitchcock’s Notorious, starring our very own Cary Grant.
This week’s big event cinema release is The Lehman Trilogy, broadcast live from the National Theatre on the same day. Should you prefer to go al fresco, Adventure Cinema has yet another Bohemian Rhapsody screening, while The Lanes is showing the Coen brothers’ Fargo in its courtyard.
