A nostalgic rave drama for those members of formerly E-crazed Generation X (remember them?) who feel the urge to book a babysitter and skip down memory lane to the era of pills and repetitive beats.

Adapted from Kieran Hurley’s stage play, Brian Welsh‘s monochrome coming-of-age flick is set in 1994 Scotland, where teen chums Jonno (Cristian Ortega) and Spanner (Lorn Macdonald) plan to attend one last rave together before going their separate ways. Unfortunately, the bastard Tory government has plans of its own – to crack down on all the standing-in-a field arm-waving underground fun.
