Bristol’s week in film: September 27-October 3 2019

The arthouse crossover adaptation of Donna Tartt’s Pulitzer Prize winner The Goldfinch faces off against a brace of horrors (Ready Or Not, Don’t Let Go) this week. Meanwhile, the Encounters festival is in full swing with literally hundreds of short films, plus a full day of features, a preview of Aardman’s Farmageddon and two immersive outdoor screenings of Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me.

We also have loads of event cinema, including even more screenings of Fleabag, plus previews of Judy on Wednesday and Thursday.
