Hail Satan indeed, as the hilarious documentary of that title arrives at the Watershed with a whiff of sulphur. Also opening this week is Almodovar’s Pain and Glory, which has been described as his most personal film, a brace of horrors (Crawl, Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark), the critically acclaimed The Chambermaid, and – if you really must – Angel Has Fallen.
Elsewhere, there’s a preview of Mrs Lowry, with a broadcast talk by star Timothy Spall, the Watershed has Record Store Day doc The Vinyl Revival with an Adrian Utley Q&A, and there are three more outdoor screenings to choose from.
