If the plot of this comedy sounds rather like a pre-teen Superbad, it won’t come as any surprise to learn that it’s produced by that film’s writers Seth Rogan and Evan Goldberg.

Jacob Tremblay (y’know, the kid from Room) and a brace of fellow 12-year-olds have been invited to their first ever ‘kissing party’. Trouble is, they’ve no idea what this entails. So in search of clues, they borrow his dad’s treasured drone to spy on what they hope will be a pair of teens having sex, which sets them on a bizarre odyssey of pre-adolescent mischief. US reviews of this one were mixed, with many critics observing that it relies overmuch for its appeal on the innate hilarity of children swearing, doing drugs, playing with sex toys and swearing some more.
