Bristol’s week in film: October 11-17 2019

This week we’ve got a brace of Will Smiths in Gemini Man, Chris Morris’s new satire The Day Shall Come, and Abominable for the kiddiewinkies. Oh, and the Watershed has an exclusive run of the new Netflix flick, The King.

Sunday brings charity previews of Aardman’s A Shaun the Sheep Movie: Farmageddon, plus Scorsese’s The Irishman live from the London Film Festival.

The Cities, Future Cities and Film season kicks off on Tuesday.

There are also absolutely shitloads (technical term) of event cinema screenings all over the shop this week, catering to every taste from Metallica to Turnadot and Billy Connolly to A Midsummer Night’s Dream. And even more Fleabag screenings, obviously.
