Bristol’s week in film: January 3-9 2020

As awards season gets into gear, jolly Hitlercom Jojo Rabbit is this week’s big release.

Armando Iannucci is in town on Thursday with a preview of his well received The Personal History of David Copperfield, which opens later this month.

Elsewhere, Fellini’s masterpiece La Dolce Vita returns to the screen in restored 4K form, there’s a documentary celebration of Ghostbusters (with director Q&A) at the Everyman, and popular waltz enthusiasts will rejoice at the return to the big screen of André Rieu.
