Body found on roof garden of block of flats
The body of a man has been found on the roof garden of a block of flats in the city centre.
Avon & Somerset Police were called to the flats on Redcliff Street on Tuesday at 8.19am after a member of public made the discovery.
A forensic post-mortem examination is being conducted to determine the cause of death while officers work to identify the man and notify his next of kin.
On Tuesday afternoon, a crime scene investigator was at the scene taking photographs of a rubbish-filled skip on the street.
Officers are conducting house to house inquiries and patrols in the area to reassure the public.
