Gildas Jones, managing director at Dial A Geek, said: “Winning IT Services Company of the Year is a proud moment for the whole team. We’ve built this business around doing things properly – no shortcuts on security, no compromises on service. It’s brilliant to see that recognised.”

Technical director Yusra Shaeik added: “These awards reflect what we hear from our clients every day – that they value a provider who actually understands their business and takes their security seriously.”

Dial A Geek has supported more than 1,000 SMEs across the UK and holds a number of industry accreditations, including NCSC Cyber Advisor status, IASME Cyber Assurance and Cyber Essentials Plus certification. The company also sits on the Bristol & Bath Cyber Advisory Board.
