Steam to open second Bristol bar
A Clifton bar that is particularly popular with students is opening a second site.
Steam is taking on one of the ground floor units in the Carriageworks on Stokes Croft that was most recently Farside from Left Handed Giant.
A poster in the window of the new Steam says there will be “great beers, great deals and great vibes”.

The original Steam is located within a Grade II-listed building that was originally part of Clifton Down railway station.
They promise “a huge selection of beers and ciders on tap” as well as “championing local breweries from Bristol”, with customers able to sit in two antique buses permanently parked outside.
