Pinkmans open their fifth Bristol cafe

Pinkmans now has five locations across Bristol with the opening of their newest cafe.

The latest Pinkmans has opened on Stokes Croft with pastries, breads and their signature sourdoughnuts all on the menu.

It continues the expansion of the business headed up since 2023 by Ross Gibbens, the former head chef and owner of Wellbourne restaurant in Clifton Village.

“We believe in food that feels good,” says a sign inside the new Pinkmans on the corner of Stokes Croft and Upper York Street.
