By Martin Booth  Sunday Nov 9, 2025

Pinkmans are due to open their fifth cafe in Bristol in November.

The finishing touches are currently taking place at their new cafe on Stokes Croft overlooking the famous ‘yellow face lady’ mural by Colombian artist Stinkfish.

Pinkmans is an independent bakery that specialises in wild yeast baking and sourdough.

Pinkmans already have cafes on Whiteladies Road, at Bristol Cathedral, and inside Pickle Street on East Street in Bedminster and Goldfinch on Canford Lane in Westbury-On-Trym.

The unit on the corner of Stokes Croft and Upper York Street has previously been cafes including Fillin Station and Wise Beans, as well as the base of the Leading Lights charity which later rebranded to Love Squared.
