Beth Gibbons releases brand new single ahead of debut solo album

By Issy Packer  Wednesday Apr 10, 2024

Beth Gibbons, best known as one third of Bristol band Portishead, has released the second single from her debut solo album.

Reaching Out was released today alongside a brand new music video, in collaboration with visual artist Weirdcore (Aphex Twin, Arca).

The video features 4D models of Beth freefalling through a kinetic sci-fi spacescape. As the video progresses, the models of Beth change to represent the different stages in her life.
