First look inside The Ivy in Clifton

The first Ivy restaurant in the UK outside of London has announced it will be opening in Bristol in August.

As Bristol24/7 exclusively revealed in January, The Ivy will be opening in the former NatWest bank in Clifton Village on the corner of The Mall and Caledonia Place.

Breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, light snacks and dinner will all be served as well as a specially created cocktail menu in a restaurant that will feature an orangery and courtyard.

Work has already started on a major refit and refurbishment ready for the 130-cover restaurant’s opening on August 2 2016.

A spokesman said: “The Ivy Clifton Brasserie will offer accessible, sophisticated all day dining for local residents, businesses, shoppers and visitors to the area, and brings some of the familiarity of The Ivy brand to ceaselessly chic Clifton Village.”
