‘Viral Korean corn dogs’ coming to Cabot Circus
A street food brand is bringing “viral Korean corn dogs and bold Korean flavours” to its first site in the South West in Bristol.
Bunsik’s menu includes Korean corn dogs with mozzarella and chicken fillings, tteokbokki, kimbap and crispy Korean fried chicken, as well as burgers, wraps and traditional bibimbap.
Opening in Cabot Circus in a former Holland and Barrett, the restaurant is celebrating its launch by offering free Korean corn dogs to its first 100 customers on Saturday and Sunday, followed by a 50 per cent discount on all menu items for the rest of the week.

Since launching its first site in 2021, Bunsik has gained popularity among Korean food lovers and K-culture enthusiasts.
Currently, the brand operates seven shops, one in Manchester and the rest in London.
Founder Jae Cho said: “This is such an exciting milestone for Bunsik as we open in Bristol, a city with such a vibrant food scene.
“Cabot Circus is the perfect location for our debut here, and we’re thrilled to bring our bold and playful take on Korean street food to a brand-new audience.”
