Double Puc opens new cafe
A sustainable cafe group with locations including at We The Curious and Wake The Tiger has opened in a new location.
Double Puc is now open in the newly refurbished Crescent building on Temple Back.
Visitors can expect specialty coffee, fresh seasonal food and a space to connect from Double Puc, whose owners were the original founders of Friska.

Double Puc, which was founded by Ed Brown and Griff Holland, welcomed the new venture. Ovo, the Bristol-headquartered green energy giant, will be the first resident of the newly refurbished space and Double Puc has been their resident cafe operator since 2014.
“We’re incredibly proud to be following OVO Energy into Crescent,” said Holland.
“It’s a privilege to have supported their team with food and drink for the past ten years, and even more exciting to continue that journey in a space as future-focused and inspiring as Crescent.
“We’re looking forward to welcoming tenants and the wider community with the warm, high-quality hospitality that Double Puc is known for.”

CEG, landlord of the £30m redevelopment, welcomed the new arrival.
Paul Richardson, investment manager at CEG, said: “It’s great to welcome Double Puc Cafe to Crescent.
“The company’s strong Bristol roots provide a perfect fit as we were seeking a high quality, independent cafe brand in keeping with our vision of creating a thriving, healthy and productive community at Crescent.”
