Two popular Bristol kitchens to collaborate for one day only
Two popular Bristol kitchens are collaborating to create a special menu, which will be served for one day only.
Reservations for Danny’s Burgers and COR’s ‘Fine Diner’ collaboration in January 2026 will go live on Monday morning.
From canele smash burgers to ice cream sandwiches, the menu is expected to showcase the best of both worlds at COR’s restaurant on North Street.

COR’s executive chef, Vyck Cosell said: “Fine Diner is going to be a mash-up of COR classics and Danny’s burgers, a tasting menu of burgers completely reimagined.
“We’ve been fans of each other’s food for a while, and we’re really excited to see what we can do together.
“It’ll be a very different atmosphere in COR on the night with American-inspired cocktails, a hip hop classics soundtrack and a laid back vibe.”
Danny’s Burgers currently runs the kitchen at Fierce and Noble in St Werburgh’s.
COR’s pop-up with Hilda Bakery will end on Sunday, with the new collaboration with Danny’s scheduled for January 26.
