Bakery announces pop-up at one of Bristol’s best restaurants
A mobile bakery will soon be driving south for a new pop-up at one of Bristol’s best restaurants.
Loaded with cinnamon buns, pain au chooclats, almond croissants and festive specials, Hilda Bakery’s dark green van will arrive at COR on North Street every Sunday before Christmas, starting November 30.
Will Prosser, owner of Hilda, said he sees the opportunity as a “privilege” and is looking forward to being part of the popular south Bristol street’s community.

Speaking to Bristol24/7, Will said: “I’m really excited to bring Hilda to North Street and be part of such a thriving community.
“Being able to collaborate with COR and use their beautiful restaurant as a pop-up venue is a privilege.
“I’ll be serving up classics alongside some festive specials. I’ll also be brewing Triple Co coffee alongside all the pastries.”
The bakery on wheels can usually be found on Whiteladies Road through the week and at Clouds in St Werburgh’s on Saturdays.
