Woman found dead on Wells Road
One man has been arrested on suspicion of murder after the body of a woman in her 30s was found just off Bath Road.
Police, who were called to Three Lamps Junction at about 7.15pm on Tuesday night, said they were treating the death as unexplained, pending a post-mortem examination.
Crime scene investigators remained on the scene on Wednesday morning where a police cordon was placed around the entrance to a path leading to a railway bridge which crosses the Avon above Victor Street in St Philips.

Police said a man in his 40s has been arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.
