Bristol-based wellness firm wins top national award

By Milan Perera  Tuesday Apr 7, 2026

A Bristol-based wellbeing consultancy has been named Wellbeing Provider of the Year.

The firm, Kuutch, won the accolade at the Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards 2026 held at Grosvenor House in London.

Kuutch was recognised for its work helping organisations tackle the root causes of burnout, rather than relying on “surface-level fixes”.

EatDrink24/7 Launch Party is back on July 8 2026!
Exclusive collabs from Bristol’s favourite food vendors, available for one night only. Be first to grab your free copy of the EatDrink24/7 guide – plus every ticket comes with a free limited-edition beer can.

The awards ceremony was hosted by TV presenter and mental health advocate Matt Johnson.

Bristol-based wellbeing consultancy Kuutch has been named Wellbeing Provider of the Year

Founded by Samantha Tremlin, a former global head of retail strategy and business operations at Dyson, the consultancy draws on more than 25 years of experience in high-pressure corporate environments.

Tremlin said her approach focuses on leadership, culture and workload, arguing that wellbeing challenges are rooted in systemic pressures rather than individual resilience.

She said: “The mistake most organisations make is thinking this is about helping people cope. But if the system itself is what’s exhausting people, then no amount of wellbeing on the side is going to fix it.

“I’ve been the employee dreading a Monday because work was draining the life out of me.

“I’ve been the senior leader worrying about my team, while still having to push for delivery. And I’ve been the wellbeing lead trying to fix it, knowing people were going straight back into the same system.”

Through its OneBeing® model, Kuutch works with senior leaders to identify where organisations are losing capacity, from stretched teams to slower decision-making and to embed wellbeing into everyday operations.

On the win, Tremlin said: “We’re incredibly honoured to have won this prestigious national award.”
