Man dies after being found seriously injured
A man has died after being found critically injured at a property in Filton.
Avon & Somerset Police are treating the circumstances around the man’s death as suspicious.
Emergency services were called to Cleve Road but were sadly unable to save the man.
A cordon remains in place on Thursday morning, with a forensic van and several police cars also present at the scene.

A spokesperson for Avon & Somerset Police said: “Emergency services were called to a sudden death at an address on Cleve Road, Filton, overnight.
“Officers attended the address where a critically injured man was found, and tragically, he could not be saved.
“At this time, we are treating the circumstances around the death as suspicious. His next of kin has been informed, and we offer our condolences to his family at this extremely difficult time.
“A cordon and road closures remain in place while investigations continue, which are at their early stages, and we would urge people not to speculate around the circumstances at this time.”
