Bristol law firm clears £200m mark in annual revenue
National law firm, with its headquarters in Bristol, has surpassed the £200m revenue mark for the first time in its history.
TLT has made £208m in its annual revenue for 2025/26, an 11 per cent increase on the previous year and doubling its revenue from five years ago.
According to the firm, the growth was driven by investment in people, technology and office expansion.
The firm welcomed 22 new partners across its UK offices and promoted a further seven colleagues to partner.

TLT also expanded its office footprint in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Birmingham.
The firm continued to invest in its FutureLaw innovation team, which doubled in size over the past year, alongside rolling out legal AI platform Legora and launching TLT Intelligence, a new AI-powered legal services offering designed to help clients adopt artificial intelligence.
TLT, which occupies one of the tallest buildings in Bristol skyline, secured places on several major public and private sector legal panels during the year, including frameworks for the Government Commercial Agency, National Grid, SSE and Transport for London.

John Wood, managing partner at TLT, said the firm’s double-digit growth reflected the commitment and innovation of its people.
He said: “TLT is on an exciting growth trajectory, breaking through the £200m million mark is a significant milestone in our journey and we are confident we will exceed £300m by 2030.
But that’s not the TLT2030 strategy, it’s the consequence of the strategy. What is a more interesting question for us and what we are focussing on is defining and delivering what a successful law firm looks like in 2040.”
The firm was named by the Financial Times as “one of the most innovative law firms in Europe” in 2024.
