Bristol Youth Climate Strike: video and photos

The message from a strike that saw people turn out in their thousands is clear – it’s time to act on climate change.

A day-long protest organised by Bristol YouthStrike4Climate on Friday, September 20 included a march through the city centre, a ‘die-in’, speeches from prominent figures and music on College Green through until 6pm.

Here are a few highlights from the seventh – and thought to be the biggest yet – youth climate strike in Bristol:
