New shop for Clifton’s most pampered pooches

The red carpet was rolled out for Clifton’s four-legged finest as a new shop for posh pooches opened on Portland Street.

Barkers, described as an “all-round sensory experience for local canines”, offers services such as grooming, nail clipping and spa treatments.

“The store has been designed exclusively for dogs,” says manager Ricky Jones. “Everyone involved in the creation of Barkers is a dog lover, and this is reflected in every aspect; from the way the shop looks and feels, to the products we sell and the services we provide.”
