UK’s first ‘bacon bar’ coming to Bristol
Streaky bacon ice cream, black treacle bacon milkshake and smoked back bacon cheesecake will all be on the menu at the UK’s first bacon bar coming to Bristol.
The pop-up from the Jolly Hog is taking place at their Pigsty restaurant in Wapping Wharf.
Dishes will also be available to order via Uber Eats over the weekend of March 17 to 19.
Jolly Hog co-founder Olly Kohn said: “We want to take the nation’s favourite breakfast food, bacon, and show that any dish, any time of day, can be elevated by a bit of bacon.
Kohn added: “Our chefs at Pigsty have been busily concocting delicious recipes using our British, outdoor bred, RSPCA assured bacon and we’re really excited to open the doors to the UK’s first bacon bar!”
