Prestigious accolade for Big Nath’s BBQ Sauce
A barbecue sauce from a business that began as a street food stall has received a prestigious accolade.
Big Nath’s BBQ BBQ Sauce has been awarded two stars at the Great Taste Awards 2025, with judges calling the cookout condiment “an excellent example” of the genre.
Judges described it as “a deep mahogany, glossy barbecue sauce with an aroma of sugar and smoke… well balanced between acidity, heat, sweetness, smokiness and sourness”.
Nathan Ritchie and Kins Pelletier of Big Nath’s BBQ said: “Huge thanks to everyone who’s supported us on this saucy journey. We’re over the moon.”
Great Taste is the world’s largest food and drink accreditation scheme, with star ratings of one, two or three decided by a panel of more than 500 industry experts.
