Motion launches Keep Bristol Moving campaign
With a huge number of students turning 18 during the pandemic, the night club recognises that many have missed out on an essential rite of passage into club culture and the city’s prestigious dance music scene.
In new research conducted by them, Motion found that 90% (88%) of young people feel that clubbing helps them connect with people and improves their mental well-being.
However, a recent study by Keep Hush revealed that Gen-Z’s interest in clubbing post-pandemic fell to 25%, showing that a large portion of people are missing out on the benefits of the club music scene.
In an effort to address these issues, Motion has launched its Keeping Bristol Moving campaign, kicking off with a short film which is a love letter to Bristol’s nightlife and the moments which connect people.
Alongside this, the club will undertake a series of pop-up events, live streams, student promotions and giveaways.
They have also launched a competition to win a number of prizes, including one of their exclusive ‘Dance Cards,’ – which gives you guestlist to any Motion/Marble Factory event up till March 31st 2023.

“Motion is such a huge part of the Bristol scene, but it doesn’t come without the city’s gems which many students will discover during the first years of university.
“We love Bristol and want to make sure that this year’s intake of students, especially the ones that missed out on their early clubbing years, do as well.”
