Attention creatives: it’s ‘Silly Little Zine Night!’
Offering a joyful, chaotic and creative refuge from the darkest days of the year, comic fans are encouraged to go along to Silly Little Zine Night! at Café Kino on January 6.
Billed as “a wholesome, weird, and wonderful evening scribbling and chatting”, the event is a chance to socialise, “play, make and laugh”.
It comes from The Wonky Line Cult, who offer a range of regular creative and craft events in venues around Bristol.

From a Scrap and Yap scrapbooking club at Basement Beer to creative writing workshops on Word Vomit Wednesdays at the Lost and Found, there are also regular chances to Paint Ya Bestie at Small Bar.
“Life can be lonely sometimes”, reflects Zanna from The Wonky Line Cult.

“It’s our mission to fight the loneliness epidemic. That’s why we’re building a little community of brilliant human beans who want more joy, more making, more laughter, and more magic in their week.
“There’s no ‘right way’ to create here. Just space to be yourself, get a bit messy, and maybe make a new friend or two! Come doodle, connect, play, and be your wonderfully wonky self. We’re so happy to have you!”

Silly Little Zine Night! (14+) is at Café Kino on January 6 at 6.30pm. Tickets are available at www.headfirstbristol.co.uk. Follow @the.wonky.line.cult for this and other upcoming Bristol-based craft events.
