Bristol invited to celebrate grand opening of 224 Youth Zone
Families, children and young people across Bristol are being invited to celebrate the opening of the state-of-the-art youth facility on Saturday.
224 Youth Zone will officially open its doors with a free community event on Saturday from 11am to 3pm, giving visitors the chance to explore the new purpose-built space and take part in a range of activities.
The launch event will feature live performances by young people, circus workshops delivered by Circomedia, sports and games sessions, face painting and food throughout the day.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1pm will mark the official opening of the centre as the South West’s first OnSide Youth Zone.

The opening follows years of planning, investment and community support to create a space where young people can build confidence, develop skills and access new opportunities.
