Pasetti & Boote present ‘A Tasting’
Pasetti & Boote and The Forge welcome a selection of importers and producers of wine and cider from Bristol, Wales and London.
Suppliers of some of the best restaurants around the UK, they share a real passion for their wine and cider, and low intervention production methods.
Guests will have a chance to taste around 50 wines from all over Europe as well as ciders and perry. Each supplier or producer will be at The Forge to talk through what they have chosen to bring to the tasting, where and how it has been produced, and its characteristics.
