A taste of the menu includes:
Quail Scotch egg
Crispy saddle of hare, candied beetroot carpaccio, pickled chanterelles, frisée
Smoked pigeon Pâté en croute
Roasted venison haunch, purple potatoes, butternut purée, porcini,
dark chocolate jus
Apple and ginger soufflé, burnt caramel
Chocolate and hazelnut baked mousse, tuile, gold leaf
