Featuring tastings of the very best cheese and cider from across the UK at Two Belly on Blackboy Hill, with Jamie from the world famous Neal’s Yard Dairy leading you on the journey that cheeses take from pasture to plate.
You’ll be presented with a selection of British cheeses, and introduced to the farms where they are produced, learning about the special character and heritage of each one.
Jamie will explain how Neal’s Yard Dairy selects their cheese, discussing the unique and integral relationships they have with the cheese makers, and how they work together to maintain classic styles and refine new recipes.
