Previous winner of the Local Food Hero Award ‘Barny Haughton’ and FAFA Chef ‘Freddie Bird’ will be hosting demos using some of this great produce. A great opportunity to watch some great cooks, learn some new skills and pick up delicious ingredients from award winning producers.

Market runs from 09.30-14.00, Demo’s from 12.00 – 14.00.
