Documentary: Bunch of Kunst + director Q&A

Robin Askew, April 10, 2017

German filmmaker Christine Franz‘s documentary about sweary British punk duo Sleaford Mods, following former chicken factory worker Jason Williamson, his band mate Andrew Fearn, and their manager, bus driver and avant-garde bedroom record label owner, Steve Underwood. “This documentary film is the perfect antidote to those sexy, racy, rock ‘n’ roll yawns most bands hide behind,” insists mouthy Mr. Williamson.

Bunch of Kunst was filmed over a two year period in the UK and Europe and includes footage shot at Bristol’s bijou sweatbox The Exchange back in May 2015. Note that this screening will be followed by a live Q&A with director Christine Franz and Bristol24/7 Editor Martin Booth.
