Alix Dietzel

Date: Thursday, Feb 7 2019
Time: 6:00pm
Venue: Wills Memorial Building
Price: Free

Bristol University lecturer, Alix Dietzel, introduces her new book, Global Justice and Climate Governance which looks at who is making political decisions about climate change and assesses to what extent these decisions are ‘fair’ and ‘just’. Investigating the role of states, cities, corporations, and non-governmental organisations she provides insight into the ‘big picture’ of climate change (mis)management and the injustices that come along with it.

At this event to launch the book, she will discuss climate justice, the role of state and non-state actors in moving us forward, and what you can (and should!) do as an individual.
