Starter for 10: Gavyn Emery
Gavyn is the founder of Keep Bristol Warm, a community movement that doesn’t ask for money, only donations and time. The project initially started by asking people to fill a rucksack with clothes, or anything else you might think would be helpful for the homeless. Recent activities involve wrapping scarves around lampposts for homeless people to pick up.
For his day job, Gavyn works full time in retail. “I love what I do,” he says. “Life is about living, loving and looking after each other.”
