Five Bristol individuals featured on 2026 ‘Trans Changemakers’ list
The organisation ‘Trans in the City’ have released their inaugural list of ‘trans changemakers’.
The list of influential and inspirational trans figures in the UK included several based in Bristol.
Trans in the City CEO, Bobbi Pickard, said the list is “a celebration of the trans and non-binary people that work so tirelessly helping the trans community in business, not-for-profits and community organisations throughout the UK”.
Pickard said: “These are the unsung champions, the people too busy and too humble to shout about the work they do and their achievements, those who help improve trans and non-binary people’s lives and wellbeing, in some cases truly saving lives, without expecting attention or gratitude.
“Today we highlight them and give thanks to them for being the positive role models not just for our community but for all society.”
