Cheltenham brasserie to open first restaurant in Bristol

One of the most acclaimed restaurants in Cheltenham is opening for the first time in Bristol.

Muse Brasserie promises diners “a unique and inspirational French fusion dining experience”.

Since opening in 2019, it has become the Cotswold town’s number one rated restaurant on Tripadvisor.

Muse in Bristol is due to open in November on Prince Street in what was previously Prince Street Social.

Their website says that “traditional European and Asian ingredients are combined with modern cooking techniques, and beautifully presented with love and passion”.
