We already know that Casamia chef-patron Peter Sanchez-Iglesias has been named Chef of the Year in the prestigious Waitrose Good Food Guide 2018.

And now we can reveal the 33 Bristol restaurants (okay, 32 restaurants and one bakery) that also feature in this year’s guide from a city described by editor Elizabeth Carter as “a vibrant foodie hotspot”.
