Bristol’s week in film: August 13-19 2021

This week’s new releases include the Truman Show-lite of Free Guy (in 2D and 3D), Benedict Cumberbatch working that method moustache in The Courier, and three intriguing arthouse flicks at the Watershed: Wildland, New Order and I’m Your Man.

The Bristol Bad Film Club returns to the fray on Thursday with the stunt-tastic Action U.S.A, which can be enjoyed in person or online.

And book your ticket now if you yearn to hear Nic Cage utter the immortal line: “Who has my pig?” Yep, porcine kidnap drama Pig opens next Friday.
