A Tavola – with wines to buy by the glass from Vinnaturo
The A Tavola team return to The Forge in Colston Yard on for three sittings throughout the afternoon and evening, serving a set three-course menu to our guests.
Max Pasetti and Stephanie Boote will be showcasing some excellent wines to buy by the glass from Vinnaturo, straight from their new eco-friendly keg system. There will also be Italian natural wines available to buy by the bottle too.
Sittings will be at 12.30pm, 3.30pm and 6.30pm on a day that also happens to be Mothering Sunday – so Max and Stephanie recommend bringing your mum, or your partner and children, or your friends for some special treatment.
The menu is looking like this at the moment and will be confirmed to guests before the date:
Cured mackerel, rhubarb agrodolce and cicoria
Fazzoletti, rabbit ragu and wild garlic
Or Wild garlic gnocchi, walnut sauce and salted ricotta (v)
Blood orange, almond and chocolate torta
