Source Oyster Festival 2019
Now in its 10th year, this free festival at Source gives visitors the opportunity to try a selection of oysters from small farms and wild creeks all over the UK with wines, with beers and ciders to match.
Featuring on the menu this spring there will be Source’s own take on fish and chips; and flavour pairings including cucumber, kiwi and Bergamot.
The St Nick’s Market shop and cafe will be open late on Friday, April 5th for after-work oysters. Bookings are essential for this date and recommended for the rest of the festival. Call 0117 927 2998 or visit in person.
