Healthy City Week, run by Bristol Green Capital Partnership, aims to promote exploring health and suitability options in Bristol by tackling issues such as air pollution to create healthier living spaces.

The University of Bristol’s Elizabeth Blackwell Institute hosted the event as part of a Fun Palaces weekend, which is a global campaign to promote culture where local communities run arts, sports and science activities.

The event has taken place in Bristol since 2014, held on the first weekend in October, and activities this year included customising YoBikes, portrait-making on a moving train and covering a Bristol Ferry in pom-poms.
