More arrests over child sexual exploitation

Three more men have been arrested in connection with a child sexual exploitation investigation in Bristol.

The men, all aged in their 20s, join five others who were arrested earlier this month following raids across the city.

Two remain in custody for questioning, while one has been released on bail.

The other five men previously arrested in connection with the inquiry have been bailed until late June.

The offences are alleged to have taken place in the Bristol area between 2011 and 2012 and involved three victims, aged between 12 and 15 at the time.

Police are urging anyone with information which may be relevant to their investigation to contact them on 101 and ask to speak to Bristol Investigations.
