Ed Miliband on the campaign trail in Bristol
Labour leader Ed Miliband followed Tory leader David Cameron to the Bristol & Bath Science Park, giving a speech there less than 24 hours after the Prime Minister appeared in Emersons Green alongside chancellor George Osborne.
Emersons Green is in the marginal Kingswood constituency, with Conservative Chris Skidmore winning by less than 3,000 votes in 2010 from Labour’s Roger Berry, who had held the seat since 1992.
Miliband seemed to have been sucked into a black hole on the podium:

His speech included a promise to cut tuition fees to £6,000 a year and anger about how much harder it is now to see a GP:

He then toured the local television studios, where ITV asked him quickfire questions about the West Country and what he thought about being likened to Wallace:
