Pizza company expanding to Wapping Wharf

By Susie Long  Monday Nov 17, 2025

A Bristol-based pizza company is set to establish its permanent home at Wapping Wharf.

Wild Pizza Co., which began as a mobile catering service in 2019, is currently situated within Crofters Garden on Stokes Croft.

The team will be expanding to one of Wapping Wharf’s newly-installed kiosk units, opening on November 27.

The new space, next to M Shed museum, will enable the team to expand their menu, offering larger pizzas and selling by the slice.

Speaking on the expansion, Wild Pizza Co. co-founder Dom Brunning said: “Wapping Wharf feels like a natural home for us and also feels like a huge milestone, having grown from a mobile setup to having a home among some of Bristol’s best independent food businesses – it’s a dream come true!

“We’ve always admired the energy and independence of the businesses here, and we’re excited to add our own slice of that.

“Joining the Wapping Wharf community means being part of something that truly represents the best of Bristol, and we can’t wait to get started.”

Stuart Hatton, managing director of Wapping Wharf’s developer Umberslade, commented: “We’ve been so excited to bring the new kiosks to Wapping Wharf, and were totally overwhelmed with the response to them, having had over 30 applications!

“We felt from the very beginning that the team at Wild Pizza Co. were the perfect fit for us, so we can’t wait to welcome them to the community here at Wapping Wharf.”
