Oowee to collaborate with some of Bristol’s best restaurants

Oowee Diner are teaming up with five of Bristol’s best restaurants and have challenged “their ridiculously talented chefs to create an Oowee burger that embodies their unique style”.

These burgers will each be on the menu for only one day at Oowee’s restaurant in Montpelier.

Oowee are calling the five-part series of “next-level buns” the Picton Street Series, with the unique burgers available from midday.

The collaborations begin with Bianchis on Sunday and continue with Paco Tapas (June 1), Nadu (June 29), Wangs (August 31) and Wilsons (September 28).

Writing on Instagram, the Oowee team said: “We’re proud to be part of Bristol’s legendary food scene and this summer we’re bringing something special to the table.”
