54 venues set to open their doors for the North Bristol Arts Trail

By Sarski Anderson  Tuesday Nov 18, 2025

The North Bristol Arts Trail brings together a community of artists in north, south and central Bishopston, Henleaze, Ashley, and Redland – all of whom will be showing, and selling, their work across the last weekend of November.

Expanding for 2025, the event will throw open the doors to 54 venues, many of them artists’ homes.

As ever, the art on show will be richly varied, in disciplines ranging from painting to printmaking, mixed media to sculpture, jewellery and textiles to woodturning, life drawing to glass making, and many more.

EatDrink24/7 Launch Party is back on July 8 2026!
Exclusive collabs from Bristol’s favourite food vendors, available for one night only. Be first to grab your free copy of the EatDrink24/7 guide – plus every ticket comes with a free limited-edition beer can.

Participating artists include established landscape artist Elaine Jones, mixed media abstract artist Hemali Modha, who is also the new owner of the Gloucester Road shop and gallery Room 212, and abstract oil painter Andrew Hood, who runs the innovative Stokes Croft-based online gallery First Contemporary.

Visitors will be encouraged to explore as much of the trail as they can, collecting a unique stamp at every destination, in order to fill in a stamp card.

When complete, cards can be handed in at one of 12 collection points, which will deem them eligible for the prize draw to win an original piece of artwork.

Ahead of the weekend, art fans are encouraged to explore the online map of the trail, which can be toggled to show mini-trails for each of the six geographic areas featured, as well as venue features, and – for some – Friday preview evenings.

Physical copies of the trail map will be made available in local shops and businesses in the approach to the weekend.
