Greek coffee franchise opens first cafe in Bristol

By Martin Booth  Monday Jun 19, 2023

“From our seed to your cup” is the motto of Coffee Lab, who have opened their first cafe in Bristol.

There was plenty of Greek being spoken in this cafe on Gloucester Road on Monday morning, giving a clue to the provenance of this franchise business.

Greek food including karidopita (walnut pie), galaktobureko (custard pie) and kourou (cheese pie) is for sale, alongside more than a dozen different coffees.
