The Gallimaufry reveal latest hand-painted sign
The Gallimaufry fascia has had an intergalactic makeover.
The latest iteration of the Gloucester Road bar’s signage has been painted by the London-based Luminor Sign Co.
It takes inspiration from the original branding from 2012 and the first fascia painted by Dapper Signs.
“We have carried on expressing the eclectic offering & interiors of the place ever since,” wrote Luminor on Instagram.
“For this latest iteration we took cues from the dance floor’s geometric installation by @maximillian.malone and took things into an astral plane with glass faced lettering, chrome outlines and all manner of cosmic goodness.”
The Luminor team also painted a new gold leaf window taking inspiration from the Galli’s back bar which contains more than 200 elephant figurines.
